Organisation Description

No5 provides early intervention counselling and outreach for young people aged 11-25 who live, work or study in the ‘RG’ postcode area. They offer free, confidential, open-access mental health support and counselling face-to-face, online and in local secondary schools. They also have a programme of outreach support delivered by Young Ambassadors who create online content and support to help young people feel better able to take charge of their mental health and feel more in control.

About the opportunity

No5 are looking for a mentor to provide support to the CEO as they roll out growth plans/strategy. These plans include managing an increased operating budget and changes to their workforce structure, for which a ‘critical friend’ who can advise on the process, as well as what they have not foreseen, what could go wrong etc. would be welcomed. No5 are responding to increased demand and hope that with this operational/strategic support to move forward, they can support more individuals living in the RG postcode and see increased engagement (in terms of donations and online/media).
