About us

Our people

Meet the people leading the Association and working alongside our members.

We are a small national team working across policy, membership, evidence, communications, and organisational support. Staff stay close to members, so the people listening to a concern or gathering evidence are often the same people taking that issue into a national discussion or following it up with a partner.

Our Board of Trustees provides governance, challenge, and support, bringing experience from mental health, charities, services, leadership, finance, lived experience, and wider public life.
