Members Networks

The Association's Member Networks for Directors and Leads are there to foster collaboration and learning within our membership community. These networks allow key leaders across our member organisations to connect, share insights, and navigate challenges together.

Purpose of the Networks

We aim to create confidential, safe spaces where colleagues can engage with their counterparts in similar roles from other organisations. These networks serve as platforms for sharing best practices, discussing common challenges, and offering mutual support. We envision these spaces being member-led and facilitated collaboratively, ensuring that no one individual carries the burden of leadership alone. By rotating facilitation, all members can contribute to shaping these valuable discussions.

We currently host the following Member Networks:

  Next meeting on Wednesday 4 March | 10-11am | Every 6 weeks
• Business Development Leads’ Network
  One-off meeting on Wednesday 21 January
  Starts Wednesday 18 February | 10-11am | Every 8 weeks
• HR Leads’ Network
  Starts Monday 26 January | 1-2pm | Every 6 weeks
• Communications Leads’ Network
  Starts Wednesday 28 January | 10-11am | Every 6 weeks
• Minoritised Communities’ Network
  Starts Thursday 29 January | 2-3pm | Monthly

We're currently exploring new networks including on Governance, Quality, and Risk, and Children and Young People's Mental Health - please let us know if you're interested in these areas and if you'd like to co-chair a network.
