We are a registered charity (Reg No 1147087) and our mission is to help the 2.9 million children and young people who are affected by parental mental illness. We are thought leaders in this area and we train professionals to identify and support children of parents with mental illness (COPMI) by setting up local community multi-family workshops under licence. We also work with schools to equip them to address the needs of these children and young people. Our work is in the prevention area and we aim to break the inter-generational cycle of mental health problems by building the children's resilience.
