Certitude is a leading social care provider, delivering high-quality, person-centred support to people with mental health needs and learning disabilities across London and the Home Counties.

With decades of expertise, we work closely with local authorities, NHS trusts, health and care partners, voluntary and charitable organisations, and communities to co-design and deliver mental health support that reflects and responds to local needs.

Our services are shaped by the people we support through active involvement in planning and decision-making, ensuring support is personalised, empowering, and focused on long-term independence, wellbeing, and community inclusion.

Our services include:

• Supported living, helping people live independently in their own home or shared accommodation
• Registered care, providing 24/7 intensive support
• Outreach, community-based support to help people manage their mental health
• Out-of-hours crisis support, led by peer supporters with lived experience
• Community engagement and activities to reduce isolation and promote wellbeing
• Tailored mental health support for people from Black and minority ethnic communities
• Employment and volunteering support to help people build skills and confidence
• Respite support for families and carers, along with day activities

Notably, our Solidarity in a Crisis (SIAC) programme is a mental health crisis service in Lambeth, Lewisham, and Southwark. Delivered by people with lived experience, our out-of-hours helpline provides peer support over the phone for adults. For more information contact: [email protected]
