Naomi Graves

Naomi joined the Association in 2026 as our Senior Policy and Communications Officer. She is responsible for our policy, comms and campaigns, ensuring our members’ voices are heard by decisionmakers at a national and local level. Naomi has a background in suicide prevention policy and influencing and has a keen interest in tackling health inequalities and the importance of lived experience involvement in policy. 

Naomi sits on the Board of Trustees for The Kite Trust, a charity supporting the wellbeing and creativity of LGBTQ+ young people in Cambridgeshire, Peterborough and the surrounding areas. She has a Masters in Gender, Violence and Conflict, where she focused on intersectional feminist policy analysis, and in her free time loves crocheting, learning new instruments and grassroots women’s football.
