Webinar on Integrated Community Response Service for Young People
Simone Spray, Chief Executive of 42nd Street. will deliver the webinar on integrated community response service for young people in Manchester and Salford. 42nd Street supports young people across Greater Manchester aged 11-25 years with their emotional wellbeing and mental health, promoting choice and creativity. 42nd Street champion young person centred approaches that demonstrate local impact and have national significance.
42nd Street has co-designed a pilot service with colleagues from VCSEs, mental health (CAMHS), social care and education (Pupil Referral Unit) to work with vulnerable young people as part of the developing Greater Manchester Crisis Care Pathway, deescalating and supporting young people and their families with pyscho-social issues impacting on their mental health and wellbeing. The project – The Integrated Community Response Service, is an intuitive and yet ground-breaking collaboration that has been bravely commissioned across Salford and Manchester and was fully launched in October 2017.
Simone Spray will talk about identifying the need for the work, the co-creation process, the design of the integrated service and early lessons in terms of setting up the project in a variety of different settings and sectors, data collection and data sharing , integrated referral processes and managing risk and safeguarding across multiple partners.
