Bridge Mental Health provide a full range of services from 24-hour supported living to floating support for individuals from a broad range of cultures and backgrounds. Our coordinated approach to care provision means that we work in close collaboration with local authorities, clinical teams, community mental health groups and with the family and friends of the client whenever possible. Through our services we are able to provide a clear, proven pathway for people with long term and enduring mental health needs.
Our aim
We want to help all our service users along a path that ultimately leads to them enjoying the same freedom, opportunities and everyday pleasures that most people take for granted.
What we do
We deliver the following support services:
Project 106 – A high support forensic facility supporting male adults with long-term mental health problems, particularly those on release from prison or hospital
Women-only service – A purpose-built facility for women aged 18-65 years with mental health needs, providing support and a stable environment that promotes recovery. This aims to prepare clients for a successful move to less supported accommodation
Floating support team – Which supports adults with long term mental health needs aged 18-65 years who mostly live in independent housing, providing key worker support at their home without undermining the client’s sense of independence or self-esteem
Housing management – Logistical and emotional support for people with long term mental health problems to help them find suitable housing and live more independent lives within the community. This includes mediation with neighbours, guidance on rights and benefits and tenancy services
