Certitude

Certitude is a social care group which supports people with mental health needs and learning disabilities living within London and the Home Counties. Certitude’s provider organisations are Southside Partnership and Support for Living. Our services are progressive and wide-ranging. They are focused on improving the lives of the people we support and increasing their independence.

We want people to make the most of their lives and we support them however we can. This can be by sourcing appropriate housing, providing new skills and education, finding employment or simply helping someone manage their day to day life.

We believe that by working together and sharing expertise we can offer better opportunities for people to lead independent lives that are truly their own.

What we do

Our services include:

• Culturally specific mental health services for people from BME communities
• Resettlement and outreach services to offenders and ex-offenders, including peer advocacy in prisons across London and the South East
• Apprenticeships, volunteering roles and supported work placements
• Apprenticeships, volunteering roles and supported work placements
• Floating Support and Outreach Services
• Supported Living
• Registered Care
• Community Engagement and Community Development Work
• Resources Centres providing a range of social, educational and well being activities and learning opportunities
• Carers support – holidays and activities, residential support, support during the day
• Out of hours crisis support which is led by peer supporters
