Research Opportunity: Mental Health Recovery and Punjabi Young People

University of Surrey are currently seeking to interview Punjabi young people (16-25 years old) who are willing to discuss their mental health journey and what recovery means to them as part of a project led by Aneisha, a Punjabi trainee clinical psychologist, completing research into Punjabi Young People and Mental Health Recovery,

The interview will be confidential and anonymised. Young people will receive a £10 Amazon voucher to reimburse them for their participation.

This research project has been developed in consultation with Punjabi and South Asian young people to help shape the research design and interview questions. We hope this research can help us improve our understanding of Punjabi mental health and what support could be offered to aid mental health recovery.
