TLAP’s Care and Support Jargon Buster

This week, our partners at Think Local Act Personal [TLAP] kicked off their Care and Support Jargon Buster promotion with members of the National Co-production Advisory Group. The award winning online tool offers plain English definitions of the most commonly used words and phrases found in health and social care. The product is relevant to people who use services, carers and professionals and offers a quick and easy way to find out what the (often confusing and sometimes impersonal) terms mean.
