Training to help you achieve your 2021 enterprise goals!
To begin 2021, the Association will be offering fully funded training sessions focused on supporting small charities and social enterprises to develop their enterprise or trading activities. We hope it will be valuable to support organisations achieve their enterprise goals for 2021.
Following a review of our first two rounds of applications to the Enterprise Development Programme and feedback from the sector, we are keen to extend our support to smaller VCSEs in the mental health sector, who may be at an earlier stage in their enterprise journeys. We anticipate this training being particularly helpful for organisations who have an idea of their product or service but need support to;
- define the revenue model,
- define and test the market,
- measure and communicate the social impact of your enterprise activity
- make first sales or more sales (participants may or may not have made some initial sales).
We hope this training will provide some important clarity and tools for organisations to make and achieve their enterprise objectives for 2021. And, also if relevant prepare organisations to apply for a place on the Mental Health Enterprise Development Programme, where more intensive enterprise support is available, later in 2021.
