The second webinar was delivered by Rich Watts, Adviser to the Integrated Personal Commissioning Programme at NHS England.

The webinar entitled, An Overview of Integrated Personal Commissioning, outlined what Integrated Personal Commissioning [IPC] is; describes the policy context and driving forces within which IPC sits; illustrates how IPC relates to other programmes within NHS England, social care and beyond; and shares examples of the difference IPC has made to people, carers and families.
